Farm workers are responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to agricultural production. This includes planting, harvesting, tending to crops, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and functionality of the farm. Workers may also handle livestock and operate farming equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate and maintain farming machinery, including tractors and harvesters.
- Feed and care for livestock (if applicable).
- Monitor crops for signs of disease or pests and take preventive action.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including barns, storage areas, and greenhouses.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of English or Hungarian.
- Physical fitness to handle outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Experience with agricultural equipment (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to a rural area.
